Tsune Features

When sawing steel bar or tube in large volumes, the Tsune high production circular saw range will offer the most cost effective solution on most applications.

Depending on the material, the Tsune can produce a superior and in some cases machined type, surface finish.  This is achieved with the highly efficient and powerful vice clamps that produce burr free cuts and the 3 point blade guides that allow very tight tolerances to be achieved and often removes the need for secondary operations.

The Tsune machine design enables close tolerance sawing on
difficult to cut materials, at much faster production rates. 
The material is fed to the cutting head by a gripper fed vice to assist very close tolerances and rapid cycle times.

For some applications and work environments the new CNC version from Tsune can make life much easier and can eliminate costly operator errors.
The operator programs diameter, cut off length and a steel grade based on the AISI / SAE numbering system and if needed assigns a 8 digit alpha numeric job or part number. These jobs can be stored in memory and called up and only the parts counter needs to be set. Speed, feed and the sawhead position is calculated and optimised for short cycle times and optimum blade life.

Carbide Tipped Saw Blade / Fully Automatic Carbide Sawing Machine

Features

Today's cutting serivces require sawing equipment with the proper balance of high production, precision, simple operation, and reliability, while giving due consideration to environmental concerns.

The all new TK5C-72GL is a fully automatic carbide sawing machine that has been developed by combining Tsune's long experience with the latest in machine design technology.
The high production TK5C-72GL provides almost dry, close tolerance parts with CNC control of all cutting parameters, and a minimum of operator intervention.

Controls

Machine control and set up are achieved via user friendly color LCD touch panel together with conventional pushbuttons and switches.

Tsune's third generation CNC determines the ideal cutting feed, speed and recommends the correct saw tooth configuration for a wide variety of ferrous metals based on their shape, size and their AISI grade.
Additional parameters such as trim cut length, cut off length and the quantity of parts are programmable. In the event of a machine problem, the touch screen will display relevant diagnostic information.
Up to 50 sets of job data can be stored and instantly recalled.

The saw head is designed for heavy duty application with massive helical gears and precision saw spindle running in oil and supported by high precision bearings. cutting speeds are infinitely variable through an inverter drive. The saw feed mechanisim utilizes an AC Servo/ ball screw drive for rapid and precise movements, and incorporates a pair of precision heavy duty linear guides for long term cutting accuracy.

The mist lubricator applied a precise amount of vegetable based oil mist to the saw blade, leaving the cut parts virtually dry and resulting in a clean work environment.

Machine Construction

Auto Loader
The auto loader's simple and sturdy design permits set up changes to be made quickly and from only one convenient location.

Like the saw feed, the gripper type material feed employs a pair of linear bearings, and is powered by a servo motor and ball screw drive to ensure highspeed and accurate indexing. The floating mechanism prevents scuffing marks made by the vises during feeding.
