Semiautomatic band saw to cut from 0° to 45° left. Head structure made in steel.. Inclined head to aid section bars cuttings. Device against blade vibrations to reduce noise. Broken blade micro. Cutting zone lightening to help user’s work. Head approach on two chromate columns lubricated by a centralized system . Dynamometric blade tensioning. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding regulation and cutting optimizing.
Blade cleaning brush driven by gearbox. VHZ electronical blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speed selection. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Gearbox in hardened and grinded steel gears lubricated with long lasting grease. Material locking vice provided with motorized moving. Vice plane with a hardened , wear and tear standing replaceable surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel.
