FMB Jupiter Features
Automatic band saw for cutting from 0° up to 45° degrees and semiautomatic from 0° to 60°degrees. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro and blade rotation sensor.Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding regulation and cutting optimizing. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Direct drive: Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Blade speed regulation with frequency variator (inverter) VHZ 16÷120 m/min. Blade cleaning brush driven by motor gearbox.
Material clamping vice with manual positioning with hydraulic locking cylinder. Cutting vice plate and carriage vice equipped with replaceable hardened plugs to protect the material supporting surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Head rotation with measuring stops at 0°,45° and 60° , graduated scale for angle measuring and rugged in construction lever.
600 mm long connected to the basement roller table to support material on loading side. Carriage vice for material feeding equipped with hydraulic cylinder and self-centric device for not straight bars. Sliding on chromate columns ,useful feeding of 510 mm (and of 1005 mm for C 1000 version). Material lacking micro placed on the carriage vice. 300 mm cutting final scrap. Measuring system with positioning draught through a trapezoidal screw and a double micro system for the carriage vice slowing-down and stopping. Tolerance ± 0,1 mm
Heavy duty basement with sheet metal construction in different thickness, chips holding system and integrated coolant tank . Electric pump for cooling both blade guides. Hydraulic unit for the head, the vice and the feeding carriage cylinders power supply
Electrical cabinet with 24VAC auxiliary tension, main switch and safety unit. Digital control panel to check all the machine functions, cutting cycles programs and auto diagnostic function. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (230V/50Hz/1Ph-230V/50Hz/3Ph-110V/60Hz/1Ph-220V/60Hz/3Ph-440V/60Hz/3Ph-575V/60Hz/3Ph available). Machine colours: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7037.
