The Matrix bandsaw blade is manufactured with the same 4% chrome backing material as the Bi – Metal blades. The superior properties of the tooth cutting edge during high vibration cutting, e.g. thin walled tube, cross-section and bundle cutting applications are achieved through reduced tungsten and carbide content. The high cobalt content (8%) gives high cutting edge wear resistance.
